Welcome to my blog! My name is Camila Correa. I am not a professional runner, nor certified running coach or sport physio of any kind, I am just a normal person who enjoys running! I do not have very long legs or particular strength, but I do have more than 7 years of consistent running under my shoes. During that time I have gone from being no-runner at all, to being a marathon runner (with 03:42:33 personal record), and even completed my first ultra-marathon 60k in June 2019.
During the day, I am an academic researcher. As my profession indicates, I like doing research. I like to learn as much as I can about many things, and during my free time I like to learn about running. In this blog you will find the most important things I know about running, there are also tips, and even training plans of my own design. I hope that with my writing effort you can learn new things, become a better runner and fulfil your running goals!
